Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic we continued to deliver our services while keeping customers and staff safe.

We did this by moving mostly to telephone, video call or email.

We are continuing to deliver our services in this way where we can, as we know that it has been more convenient for many people.

However, we also offer face to face appointments.

Update to our service

  • we are still providing our services by telephone, video link or email.
  • we offer face to face appointments in situations where communication with us would otherwise be difficult. If you think this would be the case for you, or someone you are helping, please let us know. We can assess how best to help and arrange a face to face appointment if this is needed.
  • if you would prefer a face to face appointment please let us know and we will try to arrange this if possible.
