Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic we continued to deliver our services while keeping customers and staff safe. We did this by moving mostly to telephone, video call or email.
Although legal requirements for Covid-19 have now been removed, we want to continue to deliver our services in this way where we can, as we know that it has been more convenient for many people.
We are also still operating with reduced numbers of people in our offices at any one time to help manage the risk of transmission of Covid -19 to our staff and clients.
However, we are now also offering face to face appointments.
