We are currently seeking to recruit a skilled Court Solicitor for the Inverness Civil Legal Assistance Office within our Client Legal Services Directorate.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of a demanding caseload consisting of a high volume of cases, many of which will be complex, in conjunction with carrying out other tasks to support the management of the office, provision of a casework service throughout the network, and the delivery of CLAO’s training programme.
CLAO, established in its current form in 2008, is a network of offices providing legal assistance and related services throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, Highland and the Islands and Moray, Edinburgh and the Lothians, and Argyll and Bute. Our work is focused on the rights of people who face the most significant barriers to accessing justice and on tackling inequalities.
